Its superb fur black and
brilliant does not require any particular grooming but only one regular
brushing which makes it possible to remove peeling from the dead hairs.

Its under hair protects it from the bad weather.

		The
need for a good physical form put besides it is especially the aspect of
the hair which must be neat in our puppies.

		To
avoid too bathing them because the baths softened the hairs and gives
them a vague aspect. Not to use shampoo for human but a special shampoo
for dog. The products intended for human are too acid and so irritate
		the skin.

		To
carry out a brushing with grains hairs around the blow, and in the
direction of the hair on the remainder of the body; by flattening those
of the breeches well, points in inside; what contributes to shorten the
		silhouette.

		The
hair is then fresh and brilliance and the aspect of Schipperke is very
		with its advantage.

Foot-note: Whatever the nature of peeling, the hairs push, die and are
renewed. The dogs twice a year moult all the year with a peak (spring
and autumn). If your schipperke lives only in interior, it is to be
envisaged a more abundant and regular fall.
